This event isn't about bread dipping. It's about tasting olive oil the way you would taste wine. Join us as we welcome Valle Corvo on August 10. We'll explore this Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil's aroma, fruitiness, bitterness, and peppery finish, then enjoy how those flavors transform simple Mediterranean dishes.
Our food parings include cheese, steak and branzino. A welcome glass of wine is included, with additional drinks available for purchase.

Due to the fixed nature of our ticketed wine events, where menus are pre-set and designed specifically to pair with the wines, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
